Shipping & Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing NTL PLYWOOD. To ensure the safety of your materials and provide the best service, please review our pickup policy below.

1. Local Pickup Only
Please note that we currently do not offer shipping or delivery services for plywood orders. All orders must be picked up at our warehouse location in South El Monte, CA.

2. Pickup Location & Contact

  • Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

3. Pickup Appointment
To ensure your order is ready and a team member is available to assist you, please call us at 626-877-4400 at least 1 hour before your arrival.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 hour during business hours. You will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email notification once your payment is confirmed and the items are prepared.

5. Requirements for Pickup
When you arrive, please present:
  • Your Order Confirmation Email (digital or printed).
  • A Valid Government-issued ID.

6. Vehicle & Loading Safety
Plywood is heavy and bulky. Customers are responsible for:
  • Bringing a suitable vehicle (Truck, Van, or Trailer) that can safely transport the dimensions and weight of the plywood.
  • Providing their own straps, tie-downs, or padding to secure the load.
  • NTL PLYWOOD is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or the product once it has been loaded and leaves our facility.
