NOTES & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all provided materials before making payment.
2. All merchandise is sold “AS IS” Variations in bending, color, and cracks may be present.
3. In the event of a dispute, the buyer will be responsible for any legal and collection fees.
4. Plywood cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Receiving the goods indicates the buyer’s approval of their condition.
5. Plywood should be stored in a stable temperature environment and protected from fluctuating weather conditions.
6. customers may exchange the product if the glue splits by over 20% or more per board d. Please take pictures of the issue and email them to us for confirmation.
Exchange Policy
1- Customer Responsibility:
• Customers are required to carefully inspect and check the goods before making payment.
2- Conditions for Exchange:
• Exchange is only accepted if the board shows delamination over 20% of the surface area of the
same sheet.
• Customers must keep all parts of the defective board intact as the basis for inspection.
3- Responsibilities of Sales Department :
• Request the customer to provide the purchase invoice for exchange processing.
• Receive the defective board from the customer.
• Inspect the returned board: it must contain all parts and have the company logo proving it is an NTL
product.
• After inspection, complete the “Delivery & Return Confirmation” Form.
• Provide images and related documents to the Accounting Department.
4- Responsibilities of Accounting Department :
• Receive images, documents, and the Exchange Confirmation Form from the Sales Department.
• Verify information against the purchase invoice and exchange confirmation form.
• Update the exchange transaction data in the accounting system.
• Adjust receivables, costs, or related financial documents in accordance with the company’s
accounting policies.
